There is a reason Salesforce is the king of CRM

What differentiates Salesforce Flow from other similar products?

Competitors like Hubspot offer a product that does not meet requirements of enterprise businesses. SFDC does require more technical resource to implement/build/maintain but the outputs and results of those investments are far and above any other tool currently on the market today.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Almost infinite customization opportunities to fit any business or process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does require a heavy staff presence to build and maintain appropriately. The wrong team/hires can make a mess of your entire business data if handled poorly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When weighing the decision to buy a CRM, don't just look at cost, look at what your business needs. If you are going to be a small business with no intention to see rapid growth or move beyond 10-20 employees, other tools might be fine. But if you truly want to scale your company, there is only one CRM to use. The flows automation tool is the best no-code/low-code automation tool on the marker bar none.

What differentiates Salesforce Flow from other similar products?

Salesforce Lightning Flow helps us to Automate our process or requirment without or Low coding. With the help of lightning flow we can do UI interaction by using screen flow by simple clicking buttons and all. We also perform some actions with the help of record triggerd flow and deal with salesforce security. Without writing single line of code we can perform actions on record Like CRUD operations. We also perform platform event triggerd flow with the help of this we can perform integration with third party tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce flow is used to perform actions without writing a code and also we can integrate with third party tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We cannot perform some actions like undelete operations with the help of lightning flow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is best to perform action schedule some action on specific time . So non coder also can be easily catch up and learn .
