What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?

It is a powerful system that requires ample knowledge to handle. However, if properly used, will yield results that lead to business growth and profit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

State-of-the-art technology that delivers what is promised. The only reason why you won't be able to get the needed results is your lack of knowledge in using the system. It is a vast system that provides true power to a business. With the right expert to handle the system it definitely yields good Results. I am an IT so we administer this that is why I can see the complex functions happening on the backend. Despite the sophisticated setup, the system downtime is easily remedied with its team of experts and highly stable and beautifully designed backend system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires a lot of training to properly use. Anyway, it is worth it considering the level of results it can provide a business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to get the team that will handle the system certified so that optimum results can be achieved

What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?

Pardot provides one best efficient marketing automation software in the market. It is easier to create an engagement journey in Pardot and execute it. Simple 4-5 steps with tasks attached to it and voila the journey ready. The software can be easily aligned with our organisational goals and has proven to give us better results in terms if lead automation, nurturing and generation as compared to before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of generating a marketing journey to expand your outreach within few steps and tracking it back in Salesforce. Being a Salesforce native product implementation and usage is simpler.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well although you can create rules to avoid spamming there is still a leakage in the leads while filtering spam leads. They should not reach actual sales funnel. Other part of while tracking is Pardot can't determine false positive. There are many leads with same activity time and actual false activities but comes with scoring. Scoring needs to improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use, efficient in giving results, best to calculate ROI in terms if lead nurture and increase your conversion rate. If you are considering Pardot you are already on a right track.
