It was initially difficult to collect, manage, and close deals with users while using Excel to handle all of this data, but now it is amazing, we can easily monitor and call the data of customers, or prospects, we can easily have your ongoing follow-up and your schedule for your next follow-up as well. The primary issue we tackled was having a single source of truth for all consumer data. Having a single repository for all client information ensures the data's accuracy and aids your business's decision-making process at all levels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It enables people to attain significant success in their working environment. This software's user interface and user experience were excellent. It is fairly simple to acquire or obtain account information. Salesforce is without a doubt the world's most powerful CRM. Within the system, you may create any sales process scenario. If your team's data flow and data hygiene are strong, it is dependable and can assist business choices based on your information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When compared to other CRM, the option in sales force software is not easy to use; the options in the platform are quite tough to understand; and a person who is just starting his career with sales force may have some difficulties. If the basic/generic sales force setup does not work for your company, you will most likely need someone to set it up for you, such as a developer or sales force expert. The Salesforce mobile app is terrible. The app's user experience is utterly wrong, and there haven't been any substantial upgrades in years. They should completely overhaul the app experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're searching for a CRM that can help you tailor lead monitoring and tracking, as well as assess the quality of leads and their sources, you can rely on the sales force to not only accomplish that, but also to assist you. to assess consumer requirements Consider hiring an outside sales force professional to assist you with implementation. alesforce is an extremely versatile platform that has grown a lot and in a short time, thanks to all the updates that are constantly being brought to it. It is an ecosystem that can serve many industries, since it can have a specific product referring to any branch of work, so it can satisfy the needs of any type of client, which makes it the best software to store sales and details of orders for your organization as you can properly store important business data and reports in this software. It is very easy to send contracts to your client and view their information in one go, from this platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how customizable Salesforce can be, I love the fact that I can combine my data to create my analytics within different objects and that it allows for third-party integrations, which can help provide solutions to things very quickly because you also have the chat process and the email process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing about Salesforce itself that I don't particularly dislike, the truth is that I have had an amazing experience using this software, but sometimes, it can have some bugs, which can be a bit annoying like not being able to use the flows correctly, but It is not something that prevents me from continuing to enjoy this program since it is something that does not happen constantly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce is feature rich and blazing fast, it can be used as more than a sales tool, most of its features are easy to use and also super helpful like hints, coding window, Developer Console, SOQL, they are very useful features precise which makes it the most efficient and effective CRM we have ever used
