Its stable and has a simple user-interface thus employers are able to adopt it easily and use it in managing their relationships with their clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has helped us build a loyal relationship with our clients by enabling us understand them more and thereby serve them well. The platform is affordable and not that costly thus fits well in all organizations including even the small and mid-sized ones. Its direct and its a good decision-making tool by offering customer insights and analytics thereby help in streamlining our customer services.

Being a cloud platform its sometimes affected by poor internet connections in its usage.

Offers forecasting. i like that it helps with budgeting, planning and forecasting. sage CRM helps us make better decisions concerning what our customers want and what they respond to so we are able to get new ones and retain the ones we have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far there is nothing we dislike about the product.

I highly recommend this product to anyone with small or large businesses and seeks to manage sales that are critical, manage marketing and campaigns , find new pools of customers and retain the ones you have, and overall build a business that keeps growing even with competition.
