What differentiates Ramp AP Automation from other similar products?
A product team that actually seems in tune with the demands of its users. They regularly ship new features that really are what a finance team wants, not what a product team thinks a finance team wants.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Continuous and RAPID innovation and functional product deployments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Interface latency issues have become somewhat common, and take away from the frictionless experience that I would expect from an enterprise product. Features that were once free are now being charged fees for use (albeit with incentivization to avoid fees by utilizing other services offered by Ramp).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are jumping into Ramp as your first spend management/AP automation platform, it will feel daunting if you don't have existing approval flows. it helps to have this in place first, as opposed to building as you go.
