What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
It offers integrated solutions for payroll, HR management, talent management and time and labor management, all within a single system and reduces the need for integrating with 3rd party tools. Paycom also facilitates employee self-service, allowing employees to manage their own HR data independently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I provides employee self service functionality. By enabling employees to manage their own HR data, like updating personal information, checking their paystubs, even managing their benefits, updating attendance, it greatly reduces the administrative burden on HR folks. This not only empowers employees but also allows HR teams to focus on more strategic initiatives rather than getting bogged down with day to day administrative tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could improve its user interface design which is pretty outdated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering Paycom, ensure it aligns with your business needs, especially for integrating payroll, HR and talent management. Leverage its employee self-service to reduce administrative tasks. Try demo sessions to assess usability, check compatibility with your existing tools and evaluate customer support and user interface.
