What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

The platform - it is one complete platform. The reporting is also ver easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of the employee experience and usage of ESS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The individual fees in payroll. Specifically, the mailing fees. should be more transparent about those fees and how it is billed. Should enhance that billing and only charge when actually used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before purchasing Paycom, make sure you understand how the system will work with your actual HR and payroll processes, not just how it performs during a demo. Ask detailed questions, test real-life scenarios, and involve your payroll, HR, benefits, and managers in the evaluation. Understand the level of configuration, support, training, and ongoing administration that will be required before making your decision. Paycom is very user friendly for employees and managers.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

I feel like Paycom is constantly growing and improving. Other products I have used fall out of date, but Paycom seems to always be ahead of the changes and implement them well, with lots of opportunity to learn about the new features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The talent management and onboarding are what I use the most. I also am a big fan of the checklists. This makes it super easy for all our employees to get the items needed done in a quick and easy manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As of now, I am not sure what I "dislike". I have not found anything that makes me unhappy with my usage with Paycom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the learnings and training. Those guides and workbooks are so helpful to learning anything you need to learn within Paycom
