Really powerful AI functionality. Great integration with other tools like salesforce, Gong, Optonal, VidYard, etc. Being alerted when people are hot leads after they click into your emails.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Calling from SalesForce with the chrome extenstion

Not having texting functionality and meeting reminders

It's a solid tool! Takes some time to get used to, but worth the time!

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
The ease of use of outreach helps the team to get ramp up quickly. Also it's one of the clean tool with respect to connection with CRM like salesforce. Also helps to retrieve call data and also record the calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The calling and email sequence features are the best. They help our team do ABM prospecting and help us generate interest through cold activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The integrations with salesforce are not 100% true and needs manual intervention. Also incapabilities on API integration front which can be looked upon.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Not much, just have clear flow of data from outreach to CRMs
