What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?
I appreciate how Oracle vendors take the time to come and work with my company specifics to ensure that we are getting the ultimate use of the software for my company. Also Oracle helps create personalized features and my company does have a big voice in the innovation that happens with the program, so we can achieve our maximum level of company advancement and stay on top of all products and our POs.

I am able to recommend and help the oracle team to innovate special features my company can use as well as other companies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really don’t have anything to dislike about this product. The Oracle team helps effectively with my team.

Performance Issues with Large Data Sets and AI suggestions are sometimes seen as less intuitive or proactive than those from competitive CRMs that use more conversational AI in real time.
