What is Odoo?

Odoo is an open-source alternative to many software packages. It can be used by any retailer with its POS (Point Of Sales), and in any website with its CMS (website builder) synchronized with the e-Commerce app. In the enterprise resource planning software field, Odoo is an alternative to SAP ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, and others.

Great product but some failed functionalities

What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?

Odoo offers all solutins in one product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Odo includes al that is needed to run an organization that is CRM, sales, project management, or inventory management, all in one solution. Ease of customization. Can be used for both small and large businesses and easily add the functionalities that the business requires.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The documentation is not as detailed as should be so not that helpful. The support team is not as responsive as should be and not helpful. Some of the feartures dont work properly as they should.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Odoo is a great product although some of its functionalities dont work well so anyone considering to buy this product should ensure that what their organization needs in terms of functionality actually works.
