What differentiates Oracle NetSuite ERP from other similar products?

The analytics in the program are excellent. The output provided allows a variety of reports to be generated that aides our team in sales planning and strategy.

Reporting feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of functionality on service or manufacturing items. This could be due to our company not owning full functionality of the program, not 100% sure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use, great reporting features, many layers of data that can be entered for tracking purposes.
