Monday is super easy to use and learn
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Collaborating with teammates, sharing documents/links/etc. Tracking bandwidth across the team based on projects
What do you dislike most about this product?
we were told that a value add of Monday was that even if folks didn't have a license, we could share project milestones with them. This turned out not to be the case which was very disappointing. :( They can get email updates, but not actually view the progress of their project.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Identify your workflows and use cases ahead of time to best standardize across your team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
monday.com helps us implement our projects faster and this is crucial in ensuring prudent usage of our resources and growth of our profitability. Offers us with timely reports concerning our projects under implementation and this helps in enhancing proper planning in our organization. Brings our teams together and this enhances their collaboration and thus grow the way we work leading to teamwork.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of our less tech-savvy users faced quite a steep learning curve in understanding how to use this platform in an efficient manner.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
monday.com is the best in the market and you can use it to implement various business processes and thus receive value for money and time.
