What differentiates MoEngage from other similar products?
I would say that would primarily be the support you get from the team. They not only help you achieve your use-cases but they also become involved in generating ideas that would help your business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The DPM feature would be my favorite feature as it helps me run complex use cases and achieve a higher level of personalization. DPM communications have always had a high engagement rate in my experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would say their features mostly cater to the most common use cases but the common use-cases don't usually have that high an impact but serve more of as a hygiene factor.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great tool to have in your marketing tech stack as it simplifies your life to a great extent. But in the end, it's just a tool. If things are done right, the impact the tool has is huge and ever-growing.
