My recommendation is to match your decision with your scale now and in 3 years. Buy once for the next 3 years and not just what is cheapest /easierst now.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Dynamics functionality is bit complicated for beginner, but when you start using then not go to another product.

Microsoft Dynamics with build-in integration with other MS product and that makes it the best CRM product because it makes working hustle-free. Custom design is feather in the cap.
