What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
The thing that makes Mailchimp different from other similar products in the market is its usability. It is very easy to use and learn. It also gives a free tier so small businesses and freelancers can use this to get a boost. You can choose from a set of templates which makes implementation much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the price point. And the availability of templates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing that I dislike is that many mail services have flagged Mailchimp so mails end up going in the spam folder. But this is not the case with every mail service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, I would definitely recommend this to everyone considering it.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp is similar to other email marketing platforms but differentiates itself with an easy to use interface and comparatively lower pricing than competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mailchimp is a good email marketing platform with a plethora of features that allow you to hit your target audience. The ability to segment lists allows me to hit the correct email distribution list. The available templates allow you to easily customize and create aesthetic pleasing emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that the reporting and analytics features aren't extremely robust. They aren't very comprehensive and Mailchimp doesn't allow you to download detailed reports. Mailchimp often doesn't allow you to access certain features without upgrading which can be frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend watching a couple of tutorials before diving into the platform! It's definitely simple and easy to use, yet informing yourself of the breadth of features helps you create more dynamic email content.
