What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp boasts a robust reporting feature-set, that is just not available on most other email marketing platforms. Mailchimps report dashboard covers critical metrics like unsubscribe rate , bounce rate , click through rate , open rate etc It even tracks landing page metrics like mailing list signups , clicks and ROI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love Mailchimps use of artificial intelligence to help to streamline our email marketing campaign. This tool even provides actionable suggestions on our overall email campaign performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Marketing automation on Mailchimp is not just advanced enough. Although Mailchimps marketing functionality covers basic automation provisions like automated email reminders, automatic responses, feedback collection and personalized product recommendations. It fails to automate critical areas of email marketing such as customer segmentations and email list management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are plenty of things to get excited about with Mailchimp , but there are also pitfalls like its lackluster mailing list management and its lack of advanced automation features.
