What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?
My experience with e-mail marketing systems spans quite a few. Klaviyo's UI is intuitive for all team members. Klaviyo maintains forward momentum with product updates. It's unusual to find a service that consistently provides updates that are actually useful to their users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since online sales are expected to overtake brick-and-mortar transactions, we need to ensure that our product provides the same degree of personal service as a sales associate in a physical shop. Utilizing Klaviyo's automation features and triggers, we are able to deliver highly relevant content to our clients' inboxes, creating the impression that a real person is guiding them toward a successful outcome.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When using the new editor, I frequently find my incoming messages cut off. I'm not entirely sure if the new editor will be able to accommodate the increasingly lengthy internal code because I've been sticking with the old editor. After that is settled, any remaining objections boil down to individual taste.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's an email marketing platform hosted in the cloud that helps me design, distribute, and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns for my company. It has useful tools like editable templates and automated processes. In addition, it has pre-built integrations with services like salesforce and Shopify, meaning we can skip the coding and get right to the app configuration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Users of all skill levels will benefit from Klaviyo's intuitive interface. The platform's UX is top-notch, and its segmentation and filtering tools for email marketing campaigns are among the best in the industry. Invaluable for any kind of advertising (email, SMS, etc...).
What do you dislike most about this product?
As a newcomer to the field of e-commerce website design and development, I struggled a bit to make sense of some platform terminology and configuration settings. The fact that Klaviyo caters to newbies like me makes me believe it would be neat if the company included little pop-up question-mark widgets adjacent to elements of their platform that could explain what the element performs in real time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because of its many useful features, including email and SMS marketing, eCommerce automation, easy-to-use pre-built templates, social advertising, and the ability to integrate with a wide variety of other applications, I highly recommend this software.
