What differentiates Kissflow Digital Workplace from other similar products?

The simplicity of the product hands down makes this the go to workflow tool to implement into your company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of the product is probably my favorite aspect. I have used other workflow tools before (JIRA for example) and this is by far more user friendly to use. In addition, the customer support is always there to help you with any questions or issue in case you get stuck in creating something.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not many dislikes, but I'm hoping for reporting capabilities to improve in 2021 as C-level management wants to access results in an easy, quick manner. Right now the reporting is pretty basic but Kissflow listens to all feedback and actually makes changes based on your feedback!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have multiple teams that touch one daily task or aspect in your company, this will make your life easier. You can set up submitters, approvers and workflows for various teams within your company.

Easy implmentation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can do templates and configure workflows very easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the features are not possible to customize. Like invitation emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Value of the product vs. price is very good.
