What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
not much difference with other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Email addresses and other forms of contact information may be automatically entered at any moment. Sorting and tagging our contacts for certain email campaigns is possible. After little practice, the campaign programming framework is a breeze to master.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not always easy to customize the way the campaigns are conducted. Keap's support staff isn't always able to help us construct the kinds of flows and actions we desire. An in-depth understanding of campaign set-up is a must for this skill set.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are a number of options out there, and each one has a distinct pricing and feature set.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
This program is a little more difficult to learn, but it is still a good option.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Because of the way Infusionsoft tracks a prospect or client through tags, as well as the prebuilt campaigns that we employ as part of the Technology Marketing Toolkit offerings, I truly like the software. While Infusionsoft might be daunting when you first start using it, it becomes incredibly straightforward to navigate through once you have sent a few campaigns and have established a good rapport with your customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For example, when I have 30-50 prospects to update, I spend 10-15 minutes thumbing through action sets to locate the relevant command and praying it gets through (or like to see revised). The ability to track leads without relying on our enterprise resource planning system (Autotask) would also be advantageous. That leaves me with Autotask and a custom spreadsheet to track leads, which is tiresome and doesn't help me find Infusionsoft's order placer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As soon as someone considers signing up for a free trial of Keap, I'd advise them to start building campaigns right away. I'd advise them to choose a campaign template that piques their interest and begin tweaking it to their heart's content. You should let them play around with the email editor and landing page builder so they get a sense of the platform's capability straight away.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
I haven't found a solution like Keap that does all in one management of the marketing to your clients and ties in your leads.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead management stands out as well as being able to plan the campaign and the path our leads take.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost per seat seems very high but I have yet to find a solution that does what it does as a single product so maybe I need to evaluate what I think is high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
try before you buy, ask for a demo. Make sure it is right for you.
