What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Simple and easy interface and one can customise the flow according to their need. Other products lack in support and new features but Jira has features that can help track the progress of projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Project Roadmap Velocity report probably more reports can be added

Nothing such more reporting features can be added
