It handles complex workflows, as well as integrates with other products that are crucial to the product lifecycle and engineering management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customizability in workflows

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish there were individual custom settings that applied to just your own view in JIRA.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have a need for it and have the team built out to make the most of it. Better suited for Product/Engineering work but can easily be used for Marketing, etc.
