It offers more features that we use daily and the customer serve and vendor support is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of customization and ease of use for our employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that the vendor sometimes takes too long to get back to us when we try to reach them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend to giving this product a test drive to make sure it will fit the needs of your company and employees.
