What do you dislike most about this product?
Appointments/events are automatically marked as closed when the data arrives. Reminders need more options like 1 week, 2 weeks, etc.

Features-wise, Infor CRM stacks up well against the competition and it even beats some of the industry leaders in certain areas. It is doing a lot more for form building and optimisation than most CRM providers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a method I use every day at work, and it is far superior to one we previously used for years. This one is a lot more useful; I like how you can change the layout and access various client data in a number of different ways. I adore using every day. Only a few takes you need and then you can easily use this software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Again, the vendor's help was excellent, although it was challenging to distinguish between CRM issues and vendor issues. The support we received from our most recent provider was good, and the personnel we worked with were able to handle any problems we encountered in just one phone call or email.
