Quick setup low overhead marketing teams can quickly start analysis without heavy tagging implementation which saves time in sprint based growth cycles.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Replays on high traffic websites tend to contain irrelevant interactions It is important to set proper filtering and segmentation logicotherwise insights can appear cluttered.

What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?
Reveal anything but here the screen tells the story. Theres no guessing what the user was thinking when they clicked. Half the debug is done before even reading the bug report.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Even small ui errors are clearly visible. The is fine on my system debate among the team ends.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Selecting some sessions takes time. Extra attention needs to be paid to sensitive input masking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My biggest frustration is when an issue is visible but not understood. Hotjar reduces that frustration because it shows the user not letting them speak.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes session recordings load slowly, and pricing can feel high for small teams.
