What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like about this solution is the ability to link requirements to defects and test execution results. Impact analysis is simple when a change is made to any functionality. Searching/filtering also proved effective once the project was set up correctly.

What stands out the most as a challenge with Helix ALM is its wide range of tools like Helix RM for requirements management, Helix IM for issue tracking, and Helix TCM for test case management. But once that learning curve is crossed, the tools work seamlessly as a complete system, making complex project handling much easier and more efficient in the long run.
