Google Voice is a great addition to our company
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Workspace from other similar products?
If your company is a Google product user like ours, this is the premier VoIP choice for making fast phone calls, text messages on any device over the internet. My company actually switched to Google Voice from another VoIP and the best part was its ports tool that will save the day of switching from the old one to the new Google one. We usually use different devices to make phone calls and it can easily be affiliated with Voice web app, mobile phone app, or even a deskphone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If you need affiliation with desk phones for voice calls, there is a great benefit of Google voice because it is in league with Polycom and headsets. We were so relieved because it also came with an auto-attendant feature. It also comes handy for recording automated messages and forwarding it to certain persons in certain departments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is always great to have a taste of a product before purchasing it for mass usage. However, Google Voice doesn’t come with one. You can grab your hands on it if you have paid for one as a paid add-on in your Google workspace. Google Voice is surely simple but lacks advanced features and no deskphone support other than polycom which is quite disappointing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If simple is what you need, Google Voice is your course of action. If you are looking for a simple yet fully-equipped advanced feature, I’m sorry to say but this might not be the one for you. Google Voice is good for companies with many employees because it is simple to use and your employees will learn it in no time.

What differentiates Google Workspace from other similar products?
I appreciate having the ability to receive calls and messages in a centralized location that is accessible to everybody I allow internet access to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The most apparent choice is a reduced business connectivity for my various corporate entities. This saves me from having to purchase a whole phone connection for many of my micro-businesses when they first start.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When someone messages me, the cellphone often does not ring or send a notification to my cellphone. I often have no idea till I check my email.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
: I'd advise your company to build Google Voice connections as soon as possible. It's absolutely free to start, but you'll just need to sign in on rare occasions to keep the number assigned to you. When you first begin, you may have a limited set of numbers choose from. If you postpone, you will have much less alternatives to choose from.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
