What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Among the qualities that this software has we can mention the quality that it offers in sound and images when you make video calls, being one of the clearest that I have been able to use. Google Hangouts Meet is integrated to the whole G suite platform, so you can access a conference room from Google Calendar or from your Gmail email. Joining web meetings is very easy with this software, you just have to have the link of the meeting room and click on it to enter. One of the aspects that I value most about this software is its versatility, since it can be used by any company regardless of its size, enjoying all its benefits. One last aspect to highlight is that Google Hangouts Meet can be used from your android or IOS device, so you can join a meeting anywhere, without the need of a desktop or laptop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have used this software a lot when working from my Google account, and I have managed to use all its tools, achieving all my work goals and perfecting the use of video calling for business purposes. I have not achieved any negative aspects in this software and I feel comfortable with each of its tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you use Google Hangouts Meet in your business as you can make video calls and video conferences using Google applications such as calendar or email. Add as many people as you want to your web meetings with Google Hangouts Meet and complete your business goals and objectives.

Its good performance, excellent audio and video quality, secure transmissions, real-time captioning, ease of use, ease of scheduling events through the Google calendar and support for a large number of participants for a meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Its screen sharing and content display options. - Its interface is simple and very easy to use. - It allows a fluid, effective and very good quality communication. - Allows synchronization with Google Drive. - It is excellent for scheduling meetings with the work group and clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike the most about google meet is that when a meeting is over all the shared information is lost and there is no way to recover it.

Google meet is a professional platform that improves business communications, makes videoconferencing and remote meetings a very pleasant, quality and secure experience, in these times when teleworking is one of the business scenarios, it will become an extremely useful and valuable tool for your company, so it is very important that you use it.

One of the points in favor of Google Meet is the possibility of accessing meetings directly from the mobile phone, either because the network is deficient, causing connection problems, thus guaranteeing uninterrupted connectivity.

In a collaborative environment like that of any organization, a suitable space is necessary to share, debate and analyze ideas, jamboard is the perfect complement and thanks to AI tools it becomes indispensable for teamwork.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like the host's shared screen to be a bit wider since in situations where it is required to see details it is a bit confusing.

In situations like the one we are currently experiencing with the pandemic, these types of tools make life much easier both at work and personal level, Google Meet has proven to be a powerful application oriented to collaboration, its functions and ease of use make it ideal since it does not prior preparation is required.
