What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
Google Meet connects smoothly with other Google products. This is usually helpful in common scenarios such as if I need to pick a file from my Drive account and share during meetings. This automatic connection between Meets and other sister Google products is a plus for professionals like myself, who are Google freaks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the knocking feature, which seeks to emulate the real-life scenario where a guest has to knock the door before they are let in. As meeting host, I always want to avoid a scenario where a new guest joins my meeting conversation without me being aware.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Meet just does not provide enough features . This is very visible when one compares what is do-able on Google Meet with what is possible on other top-end video conference calling tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It meets the basic requirements when it comes to video meetings. Depends on the need of each organization or team, Google Meet does provide good video meeting quality, in general.
