What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
Google Meets integrates with my company platforms. The ability to schedule meeting times, link them to my Google Calendar, and then mark which files and attachments that I will be using from my Google drive, is flexibility that I have not seen elsewhere. This makes operating a mid-size solar installation firm (that operates across 5 states) so much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to create and share links for meetings is what stands out for me personally. There are other meeting applications that simply cannot measure up to the user friendly aspect of Google meets. The fact that I can quickly send a link, or even create a new meeting and have it notify so many people in my company on short notice, has helped us in binds when communication within my company has not been the best. This created circumstances that have saved my company, in being able to communicate so quickly (on short notice) in these hard economic times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Compared to other web-meet software that my company has used in the past, one of the biggest aspects that I wish would change, would be the fact that you cannot see everyone in the meeting. The program only allows you to see 3-4 rows depending on your screen size, but does not have a scroll function like other web-meet software. The only way to move someone into view who you can't see in the given rows, would be for them to talk(which then moves them to the front of the queue). So either they are randomly within view of the first few rows, or they are lost in the ether of the meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product stands out. If your company/firm uses any other Google software, Google Meets is like the cherry on top of a sundae. It allows for clear communication through the calendar, provides 95/100% of a seamless meeting atmosphere( other than the fact you cannot scroll to see all members depending on size) and has capacity for integration from your Google Drive. If you are looking for a very USER-FRIENDLY software to help add to your company's productivity, by eliminating platform minutia, then I would highly recommend Google Meets Business.

Use Google Calendar to schedule and send invitations for meetings, before hosting important meetings or events, conduct test meetings to ensure that your audio, video, and screen sharing work as expected. Provide feedback to Google about your experience.
