Quick and Easy to use Form designer tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
Google Forms largely benefits from the integration of other Google product family services, such as Google Tables. When analyzing the form results, users can quickly see the created graphs and analytical data and can easily export them to the appropriate Tables file. Forms are created very intuitively, in a user-friendly design, and just by a quick glimpse, users can see the results and helpful analytics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product is free to use, easy to navigate, and because of the familiarity between the end users, survey responders know how to navigate the forms with ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration with third party apps is not easily accessed. Limited customizability option with no custom CSS option for more advanced designs of the Forms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For easy forms creation, there are several tools available, and Google Forms definitely stands out. If you are looking for more advanced survey tools, keep in mind that Google Forms offers only the basic features, which might not be sufficient for scientific research and more complex surveys.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy

The best software for data collection
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
Google Forms is better suited with the correct features for data collection and surveys. Also it's most cost-effective, widely used by partnering firms, easy to use and learn.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy Google Forms is to use and how well-integrated it is with our other Google products. I can easily create a form, share it with colleagues, edit it collaboratively, and publish it. Customization is extremely easy and the amount of capability the software has is just what we need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customization is too limited in some aspects. For example, I really wish they would add the option to increase the size of the font for the description field. And also sometimes I want to customize the confirmation page the respondents get to see after they complete the survey. So far, you can only modify the text, and that's also limited to just one paragraph.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google Forms is the first product I try to use when I need to collect some information, whether it's for research, determining satisfaction, etc. It's the first product I recommend to students who want to collect survey data. It doesn't do everything, but for most basic data collection needs, it's the simplest, freest way to go.
Pros
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Efficient Service
- Saves Time
