What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong has the ability to do Conversation Analytics, Deals and PIpeline Visibility, easily integrated to Salesforce, it also has the capability to do provide coaching and training guidelines based on a specific conversation, and it has AI driven Insights, which made it very efficient to any line of businesses that requires the following functions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I really like about Gong is its Conversation Analytics capability. As an Account Manager, it gives me the ability to keep records of all my conversations to my clients, whether its a phone call or a meeting booked. This is very important as this allows me to have a better understanding of my customers needs - with my job, it is very important to identify my customer's preferences and discover if there are pain points as this I will allow me to tailor fit products and services that the team would recommend.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing that Gong can improve on is the transcript that is being provided. The effectiveness of the conversation is highly dependednt to the quality of the data it analyzes. Let's say for example, if the call is being recorded poorly or if there are words spoken unclear, then Gong won't be able to recognize the correct word or information given.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong is one of I can say efficient tools or platforms that I have ever used and what I recommend mostly is first, the cost, an organization should consider on how this kind of platform will be very beneficial or if a company will be able to use the full potential of the system, then training materials and resources. Though Gong for me is very user friendly, if training resources won't be enough, then we might be loosing the use of the full functionality of this system.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I haven't used any other providers similar to this
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think that the transcription feature is really good and gets it right 95% of the time! This is much better than any other AI voice transcription I've seen
What do you dislike most about this product?
The feature that means you can listen in on calls that are going ahead is very poor. It doesn't load properly and pauses and crashes frequently

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
- Easy to use - precision for transcription - provide valuable insights - easy to share the call and track who is reviewing - easy to coach the team based on their call structure - takes a short time to review conversations with customers and easy navigate tin the call recording
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- option to upload your own videos recorded by zoom and later on share them as tutorial's this allow to see how users is whacing these videos and what part they review what part they skip based on that improve the tutorials
What do you dislike most about this product?
- it takes way to much time to generate the link which cloud be shared with the user. After the call you would like to share the video deciding in the next 5-7 minutes for gong in takes way more longer, keep in mind that at this point the recording cloud be still analyzed but I would need just a link to add to my email
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
- Take it. This product will imprive your team performances especially if you are implementing changes in your sales process will allow for you really easy to coach the team
