What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
There are other products on the market, however nothing is currently providing the same dashboard/reporting/insights that Gong currently offers. It's nice to have the audio logs from calls with summaries and transcripts, really caters to each type of learner. It is easy to see when folks are reviewing calls, giving feedback or are looking at areas of growth.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of the product is the recap and then the artificial intelligence summary of the call along with key points. While the AI technology still has a ways to go, so do most companies with their AI. I'm excited to see where the future of this product goes, and I'm excited to continue using Gong in sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing I dislike about the product. There aren't really "useless" features, and it feels like a great value for our team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong is a perfect tool for data, research, and market insights. If you have pains right now in training teammates, getting teammates up to speed, or are losing critical deals in your process.. you should get Gong.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I'm not sure, I haven't used any other products similar to Gong
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to go back and review my calls as well as see my statistics from the call
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the transcription doesn't always pick up the right person or transcribe the right thing. Could be accents and how quickly people speak.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an amazing product. The insights are great. The AI next steps are good.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I have never encountered such a great learning tool in terms of listening to my peers callbacks and implementing takeaways into my talk track.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love the fact that calls are uploaded immediately and you can listen to any SDRs call (on other teams) and use it as a coaching lesson.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We don't really have Gong integrated with our tech stack besides Outreach and Zoom, BUT we don't need to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are trying to get SDRs stronger on the phones, Gong is the perfect tool to increase confidence and is a great coachable opportunity.
