What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Great call recording and transcript quality, easy to share calls and provide call coaching and feedback. Mobile app is a bonus for listening to calls on the go

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the pipeline notification feature, sending you previous calls for upcoming meetings to quickly review if required

Nothing comes to mind! A great solution

‎It’s especially useful for understanding customer needs better because it highlights key moments, objections, and next steps from calls. The insights it provides help us improve communication and make follow-ups more effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

‎What I like most is how it automatically records and breaks down conversations, so I don’t have to take notes manually and can focus fully on the discussion. It feels like a smart tool that helps us learn from real conversations and continuously improve our sales performance.‎

What do you dislike most about this product?

‎The insights can sometimes feel overwhelming because there’s so much data and analysis in one place, which makes it a bit time-consuming to focus only on the most important points.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re a new user of Gong, begin with call recording and highlights, so you can get comfortable reviewing conversations without feeling overwhelmed.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

My job has been more enjoyable after adopting this platform, as it saves time and reduces stress for me. It has enabled my team to focus on listening to the conversations instead of worrying about note-taking. We can easily see trends in our own performance by using the analytics feature efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It saves much of my time by letting me jump to specific points in conversations without having to listen to the whole call. And I must say that I feel much more confident after evaluating my conversations. We use it daily to prepare ourselves to have follow-up calls with candidates. My client relations have become stronger, all because of this platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform is rich for sure, but I was hoping for more refined options and customizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended platform. Choose Gong as your conversation master solution, it will be very helpful in various ways.
