The materials have been quite helpful, but accessing them can be difficult because they sign us out each time we enter the Resources library. In simple words, it's a complete email marketing tool and I adore all aspects of it like simplicity, ease of use, learning, and management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Enabling the HTTP: referer feature so that we can identify where our leads are coming from is not as straightforward. I.e., I'd like to see which of the several sources I advertise one capture page in is generating leads. Although quite complicated, it is useful.

The only thing I don't like is that GetResponse doesn't offer email automation customization even in the basic paid plan, users must choose the plus plan in order to access this feature. It's a little disappointing that I can't add our own unique fonts.

Constructing a page optimized for conversions can be challenging when using the landing page builder. The automation features for their minimum price plan were inadequate, and even creating a simple email sequence had become a chore. Also, my dissatisfaction with the service department's reaction to my complaint is another matter. I wish the landing page creation features weren't so clumsy and picky.
