It has features that distinguish it from other similar programs such as its ability to understand natural language with great accuracy, its easy integration with other systems and its focus on customizing solutions for each business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it and my overall experience with FPT.AI has been positive as it has improved efficiency in our processes, helped us make more informed decisions and improved the customer experience. It allows us to implement intelligent chatbots to interact with customers, analyze data to make informed decisions and automate repetitive tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has some complexity in the initial configuration, it is important to know how to handle this tool because the learning curve is somewhat high and it is necessary to know it to get the most out of all its features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

FPT.AI is a fully human AI solution that has proven to be invaluable to our organization. It is suitable for scenarios where intelligent interaction with customers is required and less suitable for very complex tasks that require a deeper human approach.
