What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is its ability to handle complex research and CX data in one unified platform, with strong analytics and customizable dashboards that turn large volumes of feedback into clear, actionable insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can feel complex and heavy to use, especially for new users, and pricing isn’t transparent, which makes it harder for smaller teams to get started quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Forsta is powerful, but it’s best suited for medium to large organizations with complex data requirements.

What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?

This tool has the ability to collect customer information through various systems. Compared to other tools I have used, what I like about this tool is its ability to collect data through surveys, even via SMS, which guarantees a more versatile and functional study in case you do not have access to the internet at the moment. It is a tool that has allowed us to change strategies and know what each customer wants

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the platform, especially its visualization. This is a tool for those who have not yet started marketing campaigns tailored to what the customer really wants. This tool has metrics and trend analysis to guide you in terms of campaigns, so that they are more focused on what really works

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't had any problems with the features. From my point of view, it's very comprehensive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its capabilities go beyond conventional systems. It can connect and analyze comments from different platforms or systems, at least emails, messaging, and other methods where customer satisfaction is analyzed for a specific purpose, whether it's to increase sales or improve advertising
