What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

We need to be able to search more easily than we can now, because there are so many steps involved. The search function might need some work.

Because of the extremely secure cloud storage it provides, I'd strongly advise using it.

eFileCabinet offers us various new features. We are able to publish credit reports and business searches to e-File immediately. When compared to eFileCabinet's ability to keep all those papers in the cloud and immediately accessible, keeping information offshore seems so cumbersome.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The first and foremost aspect that I like is their support team that helped us from implementation to use. eFileCabinet assistance has been prompt in responding to my queries and concerns. The training and in-app help materials have been excellent, allowing us to hit the ground running. This choice has made me very delighted. It was the easiest method to set up, understand, and utilize on a regular basis. It offered a framework upon which I may develop. It was inexpensive in comparison to other options that I tried before.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be beneficial if selecting and emailing specific documents directly from eFileCabinet was made easier. The export button doesn't work on queries with a lot of outcomes, and the column widths aren't configurable, so if our file/path names are too long, we won't be able to see our accurate search results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a simple, secure, and reliable file-sharing portal. I enjoy how it's a simple technique for securely receiving and retrieving documents. If you need to store thousands of scanned digital documents and search through them all, eFileCabinet is the right solution. Don't think too much, just grab this opportunity.

eFileCabinet offered us a safe, user-friendly online repository that we thought would survive for a long time. Nothing lasts forever, but we are confident in the security of our files and their accessibility. I find it's an easier platform to use, I created the eFileCabinet account, organized new files, established governance processes, and uploaded old files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

eFileCabinet addresses our problem by allowing us to organize our papers and exchange them with one another in order to foster learning, information sharing, and other valuable tools for work. The most precious thing is that it eliminates the need to print and scan, saving time and money. When we receive the PDF, we can simply drag and drop it into the eFile. The eFileCabinet and related Rubex software make it simple to convert paper files to digital data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The major disadvantage is that, while it does the job, it can be difficult to integrate into other systems. I don't like having to keep a separate window open all the time and log in every time I open it. The following things are inconvenient. It also takes a long time to load.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I primarily use it to keep vendor invoices, purchase orders, and any other contact or documents connected to acquiring assets for our firm. It is a lifesaver since it provides a single area to access any project documents with full security for any queries or resolutions that may arise at a later period. As a result, I keep very few emails in my inbox.
