Real time marketing

What do you dislike most about this product?

The design of the marketing/subscription list, users should be provided with varieties of methods to include list member. The current method allows adding one at a time, making it slow and exhausting when creating a list with multiple members.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great enterprise for your marketing team.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

The best part about Dynamic 365 Marketing is that it helps businesses develop and maintain respectful connections with their customers. This platform is very flexible and offers the best options. Utilising Dynamics 365 Marketing has many advantages, including the ability to nurture leads, segment clients, and automate marketing efforts. Additionally, Dynamics 365 Marketing provides users with insights into customer behavior, enabling businesses to make wiser marketing choices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like best about Dynamics 365 is that it integrates seamlessly with various applications and Microsoft products, ensuring a seamless and effective workflow across my organization. It also has a user-friendly interface, personalized customer experiences, advanced segmentation and targeting, comprehensive analytics and reporting, and Microsoft’s incredible support. I appreciate how simple it is to visualize data and create rapid charts! It makes analytics extremely simple and straightforward.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is not very simple. Furthermore, it is fairly complicated and costly for the majority of people.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It includes a blend of CRM and ERP skills to help me manage my business or enterprise more easily. Using artificial intelligence techniques, I can analyze and identify customer behaviors. I can learn about customers. It gives methods for increasing consumer involvement. It also provides for simple cost management and finance management for my projects, as well as the development of product strategy. I appreciate being able to go into a customer’s journey and observe how they interact with my platforms and content.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accompanies all users confidently in their daily work and has only a few weaknesses. This means that there can be minimal delays when loading new content and that some functions cannot be understood directly without additional instructions. By using this product, it is very convenient to be able to manage collectively on the server side. Although the amount of man-hours required for management has increased, it is extremely useful for reducing security risks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best features of this software is that it is easy to use and intuitive to understand. Customization is easy and no training is required; everything there is to know about B2B leads, corporate leads, and customers. By sharing data from the application and marketing automation, it helps us align our sales and marketing processes. The support team is knowledgeable and helpful and finds the right customers quickly thanks to Microsoft's artificial intelligence capabilities. Both medium-sized companies and large corporations base their productivity mainly on the most efficient use of resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, I would like to see an improvement in the navigation design. There are always concerns about cost and performance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track our customers, systems, and data across the company. My managers appreciate how easy it is to track our sales projects and set sales goals. It helps us integrate all of our employer portal data and processes into one system. We sell online solutions that update the CRM and the portal at the same time. I, task tracking is my favorite feature because it is tailored to the specific needs of each client. To this day, I will never forget the conversation I had with my customer about the project. It also helps our sales reps follow up with leads and manage their past interactions.
