What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

The differences are very noticeable, I consider Microsoft Marketing as an option for small, medium and large companies, compared to hubspot is not much are expensive platforms that provide the best for an effective marketing automation process, from managing customers, bring new prospects, manage advertising campaigns within the cloud and social networks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like to make advertising campaigns quickly, with the configurable templates of this program I can create fabulous campaigns that I then send massively through the networks and by email, which I can manage within my dashboard in a quite advanced way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about this program, the only thing is that to begin with it is too expensive, it should lower its acquisition fees so that customers can test its benefits more easily, although everything bad is overshadowed by its features and programs that make it undoubtedly good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

you can adapt the marketing according to your business priorities, you can create and identify what kind of benefits you want from this program and adapt it to your work needs, make mass emails and have a list of customers that will always be available for work done.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

Microsoft for Marketing has very exclusive tools for its own channels, which can be integrated to all its other Microsoft products, very appropriate for small and medium enterprises, compared to Salesforce which has more benefits, is larger and has greater capacity with cloud implementation, and other integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use, I like your work board, is organized by marketing campaign, with established schedules and organization of business meetings, events, surveys, activities, creation of Lead, LinkedIn and email campaigns, for my company has been very useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that it cannot be managed as a CRM, direct relationship with the client is indispensable for my work since it is important for the marketing area, it lacks some tools that would make it improve the aspect of the promotion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended for small and medium enterprises, is a platform quite versatile and easy to use, very good learning bridge adaptable to all Windows operating systems, and with a dashboard easy to understand and manage, managing marketing campaigns is highly evolving with Microsoft for Marketing.
