What differentiates Drift from other similar products?
Drift helps me realize when users are on our page that is primarily due to my outreach because there are instances when I don't have visibility into engagement with outreach. I adore being able to monitor which accounts are accessing the site, what they looked at particularly, and having live chat access to them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The options for targeting are limitless. Setting up bots to bring in the appropriate team members is a terrific idea. Additionally, I find the UI/UX to be quite intuitive. Amazing features offered by Drift include drift profiles, meetings, chatbots, videos, live visitor chat, and connectors with a variety of other platforms, such as Marketo and Salesforce.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't anything to hate about the platform, and I support Drift in addition to being a customer. There is always room for improvement, but Drift excels in identifying the additions that will benefit its consumers the most and adding them as soon as possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A platform to transform a broad query to lead. Additionally assisting in quickly assigning the sales team to the customer's basic requirements after knowing them. So try this tool right away if you want to work quickly and with high quality.
