What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
What sets this apart from similar programs is Drift is not only user-friendly, but it also has a wide variety of configuration options that help us make the most of our live-chat interactions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drift's biggest feature is that you can avoid behaving robotically at all times. Drift facilitates the feeling that the other person in a conversation is conversing with a real person. I can't tell you how much stress is alleviated whenever I have a conversation with a possible lead on drift because I can just be myself and have a conversation without worrying about how to appear robotic. I like that you can submit a video using Drift. In my opinion, that is a great method to stand out from the crowd by sending a personalized message to a possible client.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only aspect of Drift that I don't like right now is the app. Several members of our team are unable to use it at the moment, and we have no idea why. It's been an issue for us for a while, so I emailed support@drift.com in the hopes that they could fix it. The times when we can't immediately hop on a conversation because we don't have our laptops on hand are the worst. As a customer, I don't appreciate being bugged by the chat bot every time I visit my own company's website, but I do see its usefulness.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think the program is great because it gives us instant access to prospective customers. At the same time the chatbot initiates conversation, it quickly connects you to a real person—one of us. Makes it easy to jump right to the point where the bot left off, and, if we aren't available, quickly schedules a meeting.
