What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?

Drift Conversational Cloud works beyond the traditional chatbots with main concentration on marketing, sales enablement, and personalization. It supports ABM policies by tailoring chatbots collaboration, which enables us to focus on key prospects thus increasing closing deals. It also provides comprehensive educational means, roadmaps, and best practices for formal marketing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drift Conversation Cloud excels in delivering, engaging, interacting, and personalizing efficiently in a way that benefits both organizations and clients. Its account-based marketing features help us to tailor collaboration for high-profile accounts, thus increasing the outcome of sales efforts and marketing. It provides actionable insights through its strong analytical and reporting capabilities about conversion rate, which in turn optimize workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its slow response time is something that causes issues in hours of immediate needs, especially when we launch products or handle high-engaged events. Its analytical and reporting capabilities are overwhelming for beginners in our organization who are not familiar with tracking the data or custom reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Drift Conversational Cloud is an excellent platform for businesses looking for a software with main focus on conversational marketing, sales qualification, and lead generation. However, it is important to be mindful of customer experiences to maintain human agents with automation.
