Remote Desktop Manager brings 50-plus remote protocols—RDP, SSH, VPNs, web and more—into a single console with shared vaults, cross-platform clients, and fine-grained RBAC. One click launches any session, while built-in reports show exactly who connected and when. Add the Remote Connection & IT Management package to round out the workflow: Gateway supplies Just-in-Time tunnels, and Devolutions Hub as SaaS or an on-premises Devolutions Server provides central credential storage and RBAC. The result is a single pane that brokers, secures, and audits evey session—freeing IT teams from juggling standalone tools.

What differentiates Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager from other similar products?

It has a really wide range of connection types. You can set up a combination of connections such as RDP or VNC. You can also connect straight into platforms such as VMWare etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to centralise all connections between team members. If one user creates a connection it will be available for all users. Centralising these connections also means if a user leaves, the connection will sitll remain in the shared config.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are lots of features which can make the learning experience and getting started a little bit complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your homework on all the features as it can take time to learn everything involved in setting this up.
