My favorite aspect of Coupa is the combination of user-friendly procurement processes with strong spend visibility and control. I particularly value how it helps organizations improve procurement efficiency, compliance, and supplier management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main area I would highlight is the learning curve associated with some advanced processes and configurations. With proper training and clear process documentation, however, this can be effectively managed.

Coupa is powerful, but knowing what you want to fix helps you configure it right from day one. Coupa is intuitive, but to truly harness its power (especially with modules like Procure-to-Pay, Invoicing, or Supplier Management), your team needs proper onboarding. A well-trained user = fewer bottlenecks and fewer "where do I click?" emails.
