Webex feels more enterprise-oriented. It is built with strong security and stability in mind, which is why a lot of big companies prefer it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how consistent the call quality is. Even in larger meetings, audio and video usually stay stable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface feels a bit old and not very intuitive. It takes a few extra steps to do simple things compared to tools like Zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Good choice for professional use, but spend some time getting familiar with controls before important meetings.
