What do you dislike most about this product?

No zoom in/out on sharing screen. High pricing and maintenance cost.

I would highly recommend the services provided by cisco webex meeting and the team is great. It allows people to truly meet and get more done together. It has great ability to collaborate over the organizational network.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there a lag and glitches whereas the meeting is in progress, therefore I cannot get some essential things while I’m in a meeting. Also, because of unknown errors, it asks for an internet site link on my phone while working into the app. And that I am unable to log into my phone app.

Cisco Webex is a great tool that has helped us a lot in managing meetings and collaboration gets better this way. The features it offers are quite efficient which we haven’t anticipated but the video and audio standard is up to the mark and is exactly how we wanted it to be. Moreover, the ease of sharing documents related to our business and we haven’t felt much difference in the virtual presentations we are giving using it and the way we used to give at our office. But its downside is that it is not a good choice if someone wants to have a massive meeting with a massive number of participants and second is its price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In the time of Covid, this tool has saved us like our guardian angel. It assisted us in managing a number of conferences and meetings. We are able to use it not just from our laptops but also its mobile application is helpful too in this regard as we can get connected from almost anywhere. We can give and take presentations too and can share essential business documents too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the number of people in our conference gets increased and in my opinion, it is not a perfect choice when it comes to a large number of participants as it starts lagging and its price is way too high which I think is quite unfair as it is a need of time and world is now switching to Virtual meetings.

Its definately a green signal for others to go for this tooln .
