WebEx is definitely superior in both its presenting capabilities and its collaboration capabilities and most other areas. Integrate with most common tools like Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Google Calendar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Robust infrastructure around the world to work without interruption.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no zoom-in option in screen sharing. Not for everyone! Especially if you are not deeply ingrained with Cisco solutions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex Meetings is more focused on organizations and users with needs above the average: HD video and audio, the possibility of participating from any device, by desktop, mobile, video conference equipment or browser, share screen, documents or record and edit meetings, among other features, all safely and up to 1000 participants in each meeting. If a more basic collaborative solution is required, the advice is to use another provider.

I think the differentiator is the wide range of support for multiple devices. Also the advanced audio and video quality makes it different. It also has features like noise suppression and echo cancellation to improve the overall audio quality. It offers a range of collaboration tools, including screen sharing, whiteboarding, file sharing, and the ability to annotate and mark up shared documents in real-time. This makes it easy for teams to work together and collaborate remotely.

Integration with other Cisco products: Webex Meetings is part of the Cisco Webex suite of collaboration tools, and it integrates with other Cisco products like Webex Teams, Webex Meetings, and Webex Events. This allows users to seamlessly switch between different Cisco collaboration tools and access a range of features and functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Webex Meetings relies on a stable internet connection to function properly. If the internet connection is slow or unstable, it can affect the quality of the audio and video, as well as the overall user experience.

Webex Meetings offers free trial periods or demos that allow you to test out the platform before committing to a purchase. This can be a great way to get a feel for the user experience and see how well Webex meets your needs.

Highly secure when compared to any other Online Meeting Platform.

Performs well in team meetings and quick communication via audio & video. Allows for sharing content, making annotations, and customizable presentations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hate how it always starts when I turn on my computer. I've changed my settings many things, but I can not get it to stop booting up when my computer turns on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex has good functionality, is pretty intuitive to use, and the chat functions work well to ask questions, and exchange information. The visual clarity is good. Allows for group training and call in which a lot of attendees are required.
