It is compatible with CISCO phone in the office and the partner businesses. It automatically sets up a free of charge bridge for all vendors and clients to join the call.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Favorite aspect is that the company hardware and software is integrated together and thus the emails are sent within the company interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Only dislike is it is difficult to have clients join the call without downloading the application. It is a purely business oriented product and has access to all internal documents as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly recommend this product with businesses who have disintegrated team members across the world. It is of great worth to use this product then.
