What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

The quality of video and audio during meetings, as well as the availability of a mobile application to meet on the go differentiates WebEx for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to IM our server support team and receive an immediate response.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The shared version of WebEx my department has access to limits meetings to 40 minutes. I wish there was no cap, or that it was at least an hour.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely a quality product. I'd highly recommend it - just get the more expensive version with no time limit.

- easy to manage webinar - screen control is very smooth - audio voice quality is great - auto edit the recording so that it is sync correctly
