commonly favored aspect of Webex Meetings is its reliability in delivering high-quality video and audio conferencing. Users appreciate its ability to facilitate seamless and clear communication in both small meetings and larger webinars. However, individual preferences may differ, and other aspects of Webex Meetings, such as its extensive feature set and ease of use, may also be favorites for many users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have the same app on my phone, when I am in a call and Webex sends a notification, I automatically get disconnected from the airpods.

We are not only using Webex meeting for staff meetings but also for meetings with patients. Webex Meetings has been crucial in enabling our healthcare providers to conduct virtual consultations with patients. The platform's high-quality video and audio, along with screen sharing capabilities, have allowed our doctors to remotely diagnose patients, review medical records, and prescribe treatments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate Webex Meetings' scheduling features, breakout rooms, and file sharing functionalities. They have streamlined our internal meetings, ensuring that relevant team members are included, and important documents are easily accessible. Also, it consistently delivers exceptional video and audio quality, allowing for clear and accurate communication in our hospitals

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customization options for meeting layouts and branding could be more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex has been a fantastic tool for our organization, supporting telemedicine, internal meetings, trainings and more. Its security features, and compatibility with healthcare systems make it a standout product in the market.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

The challenge is there is very little innovation in conferencing and collaboration in general and therefore this space is already fairly saturated. Webex, hasn't made any strides with integrating any new functionality and features beyond competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No favourite feature, but historically a lot of my Tier 1 FTSE 500 clients use this service, so the only positive is it keeps my use of various conferencing services to a minimum, although there has been a recent general shift away from webex to MS teams and zoom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free version of Webex has some limitations, such as a 50-minute meeting duration and a 100-participant capacity, this is certainly a drawback and limits adoption.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since Personal Room meetings are not backed up in the cloud, you may need to manually save meeting recordings and other important data. Its important to manage this very carefully to avoid losing crucial information and meeting recordings.
